Submit Return/Exchange Request:

We pay for all return and exchange related shipping.  We use UPS and USPS.  After authorization has been given you will receive an email approving the transaction for your return items.  We will send you an envelope and postage to tape on the return package .
Upon receiving items, refunds are submitted within 15 days.

If a problem is detected with one of the products, call our Customer Service Department immediately at 1-800-337-4038. If external damages to a package are evident, please notify the delivery driver before accepting the package and retain all packing material until you contact the Customer Service Department. Items Returned without authorization will be refused.

Return Shipping

Swimwear are non refundable but can be exchanged if items are returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. Prior authorization must be given by Beach Stuff Shop within 10 day period of delivery to exchange an item(s). In addition, the item(s) must be received by Beach Stuff Shop within 10 days of the authorization or the exchange will not be granted. In compliance with federal health regulations, items that are laundered, worn, damaged or soiled cannot be returned at the expense of the customer. All original tags, including hang tags, and hygienic liners MUST be in place on all returned merchandise (no exceptions will be made). Please make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on merchandise. We will not accept any merchandise that does not have original tags and hygienic liners in place, is damaged, laundered, soiled, worn, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor. If we receive merchandise in this condition it will be returned to you at your expense. We understand look and fit are important, so please use our sizing guide before purchases. We will refund you for returned items (other than swimwear) within 15 days of receipt. A full refund will be given if items are returned in its original condition. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable. Please use the size charts and features on Beach Stuff Shop to get as much information needed to make your purchase and of course we are always available to help.

FAQ

How do I add an item to my cart to make a purchase? Please choose your size or color using the drop down labeled “Choose an option…”.  Once you have chosen your size or color the Add To Cart button will appear along with the ability to choose the quantity.  Simply choose your quantity and click the Add To Cart button.

How have you been in business? We have provided quality women’s beach clothes since May 2012.

Is my personal and Credit Card Information securely protected? Yes. We use Comodo Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate.  Comodo SSL certificates allow our customers to complete transactions SAFELY and SECURELY.  In fact, since we use Paypal & Amazon services for credit card and Paypal transactions we aren’t able to provide our checkout page without it.

Are all your products shown on line? Yes. In fact, it is a good idea to visit the site often as we update the site with newly available products and monthly specials. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, it will show “Out of Stock”.

Once I place an order, how can I be sure my order was received? You will receive an e-mail order confirmation as soon as your order has been validated. Approximately 48 hours after placing your order, you can log back into your account to view your order status. In addition, make sure your e-mail address is correct because as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

How will you ship my order? We ship all orders to the customers billing address.  Our shipping method is USPS First Class and Priority Mail. We do NOT send to Post Office Boxes.

How much will the shipping be? Shipping is free for orders $100 or more.  Otherwise shipping is either $6 or $12 depending on what is ordered.

How long does it take to receive my order? Normally orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Then, just add the normal delivery time of the USPS and you will have your delivery date. Every effort is made to get your orders out quickly and efficiently. Should your order need to arrive before the scheduled delivery date, call our customer representative for expedited shipping methods.

Once I’ve checked out can I make changes to my order? Once you have checked out (received an order confirmation number), you will have to call our customer service department at 1-866-458-9616 to make changes. Orders that are in the fulfillment process (final shipping stages) may not be changed.

Do You Ship to International Addresses? Currently we ship internationally to Canada, Australia and Europe. But we are working to expand asap.

MOGfise LLC, the owner of www.BeachStuffShop.com respects the privacy of our customers. We do NOT provide any personally identifiable and/or aggregate information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties.

2) Collected Information:

Information collected through our website and storefront is owned, collected and used solely by MOGfise LLC,its subsidiaries and affiliates. MOGfise LLC does not collect any personal information about our on-line store customers and visitors except when specifically and knowingly provided by them. Our web site and storefront are intended to provide product/company information and availability to adults only.

3) Selling, Trading or Renting Personal Information:

MOGfise LLC  does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

4) Credit Card Security.

BeachStuffShop.com is equipped with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software with Comodo, one of the most secure methods available. This means all personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be read/seen by a limited number of authorized MOGfise LLC personnel.

5) Sharing Information – Legal Disclaimer

Although MOGfise LLC makes every effort to protect our user’s privacy, in rare circumstances we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have good reason to believe that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our Web site.

6) Physical Data Security

MOGfise LLC has physical security procedures in our facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information.

7) Making Changes to your Personal Information or discontinuing your service with us:

Should a “Registered” user’s personal information (zip code, phone, email or physical address) change, they can update, delete or change their information online by simply logging into their on-line BeachStuffShop.com account. If a user that has not registered with us wishes to correct/update information or no longer desires our service, they can contact us at 1-866-458-9616.

8) Changes to the Privacy Policy:

The information you submit to us is controlled by the privacy policy in effect at the time you submit it. If we significantly change our policy, we will only apply the change to data collected after the change is made.
